ABOUT US

CONTACT

Artistic Children's Theatre (ACT) is a non-profit community theatre organization dedicated to youth performers ages 5-17. Founded by Christina Ginder in 2007, ACT serves the Northern Baltimore County area and has been hosted by venues such as Hereford High School, St. James Academy, Towson University, Coppermine Pantherplex.

Artistic Children's Theatre advances and transforms the creative talents of community children by combining a quality theatre arts experience with a supportive, nurturing atmosphere. We encourage and challenge our actors to perform their best, both onstage and behind the scenes. ACT recognizes the value and enjoyment of community families working together, so we expect all family members to get involved in our production process!

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to showcase their abilities. For our productions, we train multiple casts so that children of all ages have a chance to perform a featured role or dance in a special ensemble.

Our actors are passionate students who further develop their confidence, work ethic, and sense of responsibility and accomplishment with every show they create. We also provide leadership opportunities for our loyal middle and high school-aged performers.
